This year, instead of gifts, we dream of a magical holiday weekend for my family of 5 at the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess. We imagine our family bundled up, sipping hot cocoa, ice skating, enjoying festive rides and making memories in a winter wonderland. Then heading just a few hours out to play in the snow, before heading home. I have a 15, 12 and 2 year old.
